@CatuzoP @egi_nupe Otie tida!! Now show me which part of his tweet that encourages ethnocentric politics or did he tell you not to vote your preferred candidate? Is he not entitled to his opinion or is there no polite way of disagreeing with someone instead of coming here to say you will block him

@Ozoneclemy @egi_nupe Well for proper understanding to you “omo Ofo” I am proper Yoruba man. I won’t be a part of your ethnocentric politics. I will only vote and support a competent leader whether igbo, Hausa or Yoruba we are all Nigerian. Again for the road for you and the other minions. Enijere

1. There is nothing wrong in supporting Obi because he’s Igbo. Most of his supporters are Igbo 2. There is nothing wrong in supporting Tinubu because he’s Yoruba. Most of his supporters are Yoruba. 3. There is nothing wrong in supporting Atiku because he’s Hausa/Fulani. Most of his supports are Hausa/Fulani. All these 3 statements are factual, and independent of one another. They represent the ordinary wish of an average Igbo, Yoruba and Hausa. Let nobody gaslight you with “competence and track record” or “bigotry” bullshit. It’s natural and human. So, if or when any of the above individuals get into office, it’s no brainer that their people will take up the most positions in their government. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

You are suffering from a brain glitch that as affected two part of your brain. your hippocampus that is responsible for your memory has conveniently deleted your 2013 verdict of Peter Obi, & your amygdala that is responsible for your emotions has lost the capacity for shame cus how can you have followed Peter obi to 4 different political party & you are saying @Tunde_OD is not bold because he do not chose a career in political tourism like you!

Obidients constructed an entire reality inside their heads. Atiku Abubakar built a coalition. They decided, without evidence and without invitation, that the coalition existed to ultimately crown their man. In their imagination, every political actor in that alliance had gathered for one sacred purpose; to anoint Peter Obi, the self-proclaimed redeemer, the man whose mere proximity allegedly straightens out criminals. They fed that fiction to each other until it hardened into conviction. Now reality is not cooperating. When the collision between what they imagined and what is actually happening reaches its climax, they will turn on Atiku. Not because he wronged them. But because he refused to play his designated part inside their story. This is how this group operates. They finished third in the 2023 election. Third. Yet they won it in their heads. They have maintained that delusion with remarkable discipline. The only place the delusion broke was in court, where to this day they never claimed that they won.  When the ADC chapter closes, either through another resignation, via migration to another unfortunate party, or a lost primary, they will not call it a political setback. They will call it betrayal. Every person who chose a different outcome from the one they scripted will become a thief who stole what was already theirs. The problem with a group that cannot distinguish between imagination and reality is that it holds everyone else accountable for its fantasies.

I can’t vilify anyone for supporting a candidate. That’s your right, and I’ve always maintained that I will never be found infringing on it. However, there is simply no way to objectively analyse and evaluate Peter Obi’s candidacy and conclude that he is anywhere near presidential material. He has not demonstrated any solid or informed grasp of the economic, financial, or energy policies required at the highest level. He is best known for regurgitating statistics from Bangladesh and India without proper context or comparative analysis. In terms of pedigree, he is not even better than some Chairmanship candidates in Lagos State. We have the benefit of assessing his record over eight years as a State Governor, yet there is no far-reaching institutional policy or defining legacy he can point to. He did the basics at best. He even fell short in some of these basics. There are records of criticisms from that period, including allegations of substandard road construction, as well as the prolonged doctors’ strike that lasted over nine months under his administration. His leadership range is equally unimpressive. This is someone who once boasted about personally supervising his drivers while they fueled vehicles. Does he expect to have the time for such trivialities as President? Effective governance requires the ability to delegate and build systems that function independently, not micromanaging routine tasks. To cap it all, he comes across as hypocritical and deceptive. It doesn’t take much to see through that if you open your eyes. Ironically, it is the supporters of such a sub-par Man that have the most to say about competence. Good riddance to bad rubbish!
Battle Tested 🥷@BlehisBack

Wait… all these tears because of Peter Obi? 😂 Now let me give you something real to cry about. I don’t believe Peter Obi (ADC) can govern this country and deliver the kind of transformation we actually want. Beyond the alliances with the same recycled wicked political class, I still have his post notifications on from my 2023 fangirl phase and I’ve taken time to read his positions on core economic issues. It’s disappointing 💔💔. Look at his comments on Sani Abacha, the tax bill, and several key policy matters, some of which were quietly deleted. You read them and just think, “nah… this is underwhelming.” 💔 Then there’s the part where we all pretend not to notice his wingmen; Dino Melaye, Nasir El-Rufai, even Atiku Abubakar all orbiting the same movement. Or are we to believe they’ve suddenly become saints cause they now associate with him? At some point, we have to admit we are just repackaging the same old corrupt system that brought us into this mess we are, with a cleaner brand name. And please, we’re past the optics of eating with school children, carrying bags at the airport… that humility theatre. It’s governance we need, not aesthetics. Yes, Bola Tinubu must go. No debate there.❌ Quite frankly, he should never even have happened in the first place‼️ But I wish we didn’t have to repeat the anybody but Jonathan(PDP) situation that made us fall into Buhari’s (APC) laps. I wish we had a real opposition; one rooted in competence, conviction, and the courage to stand against entrenched corruption, not coexist with it. Maybe the 2023 version of Peter Obi felt like that person. But 2027? I’m not convinced. Having doubts about the opposition doesn’t equate being an APC supporter‼️ But if you insist that this stance puts corn in my pocket, then I’ll gladly eat it with beans 🌽😌 Now cry moreeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

Ok. I am sorry. I will cut off Akin Alabi that I have known since our 20s when we were playing on Nairaland. I will cut him off for you because he became a politician. I am sorry. Since your bosses and political idols do not have politician friends. Akin Alabi - please take this as cutting off of our 20 years relationship since Nairaland in 2007 as instructed by Saint Odenigbo.
