Any jumpshot where the shooters body is straight in the air and contact is made is a defensive foul, any jumpshot where the shooter contorts leans his body intentionally into the defender should be an offensive foul

I think the NBA needs to implement offensive shooting fouls to prevent foul baiting like how SGA and James harden do, like if the offensive player intentionally initiates contact its an offensive foul and if the defense initiates contact its defensive foul
