Starting my morning in the shelter as air alarms are sounding across Kyiv.
This is the daily reality of the brave Ukrainian people, since Russia launched its illegal aggression.
A NASAMS launcher in Ukraine 🇺🇦 loaded with 5 AMRAAM AIM-120 Surface-to-Air Missiles
NASAMS is the most effective and most advanced air defense system against cruise missiles in the world
@nexta_tv And we have more Ukranian refuggees now then "native" (kids/grandkids of colonists) rusians now in Lithuania :), so unreast is possible only in LV and EE
@nexta_tv One issue, there is zero "rusian speakers" in suwalgy gap. If i were rusia i woulf go for Daugpilis instead. a) Near Pskov, b) 90% population are rusians c) Latvia weakest from baltics. If waging low profile war then this would be the move. Suwalky gap is for all out war
The Telegraph has published a new scenario of a potential war between Russia and NATO
▪️ Putin mobilizes 200 thousand soldiers in Russia and goes on a new offensive in Ukraine in spring 2024;
▪️ Russian Federation provokes protests of Russian speaking people in the Baltics and conducts cyber attacks against these countries in the summer;
▪️ Protests are used as a pretext for military exercises in Belarus and the deployment of troops in Kaliningrad in the fall;
▪️ Clashes begin in the Suvalka Corridor area in winter. At this stage, Russia and the West will have a choice - to negotiate or to wage war.
@nexta_tv And Poland would aid instantly with suwalky gap, so scenario is not possible from 2024. + China/taiwan war is needed. 2027-2028 might be. I would go for daugpilis and narwa maybe. Lithuania has to few rusians only 5%
Our schooling system is failing to teach this to people. To watch out and identify this behavior. When you know what they are trying to do, it becomes so obvious and easy to avoid. Plus, you get to mock them.
For people who don’t know, this is a classic example of propaganda. This is how they attack things that damage them. They use troll farms and bots to post comments like this, trying to show a “grassroots” disagreement. Humans have a natural instinct to overweight disagreement.
‼️🚫Orbán’s MPs didn’t show up in Hungary’s parliament to vote on 🇸🇪’s NATO accession - no quorum, no vote.
Orbán promised to @jensstoltenberg there’d be a vote ASAP.
He didn’t keep his word.
Meanwhile, ambassadors of NATO allies 🇺🇸🇳🇱🇸🇰🇳🇴🇩🇰 🇪🇪 were present, @Telexhu reports.
Austrian banking group Raiffeisen still has not left the Russian market, after almost 2 years of war while promising to do so. Raiffeissen was on a Ukrainian list of companies sponsoring the war but was removed in exchange for new sanctions against Russia. ukrinform.ua/rubric-economy…
