It's time to end social stigma around facts. We need to be able to speak openly without fear of backlash and censorship. People are dying. On average Black Americans score about 15 IQ points lower than White Americans, around 85 versus 100. That gap has stayed steady for decades based on lots of big studies and even shows up in research on Black kids adopted into White families where they still score well below the White kids raised in the same homes. Lower IQ goes along with higher chances of crime and violence, like in one UK study of nearly 7000 adults where folks with IQs from 70 to 79 were violent about 16 percent of the time while those with IQs from 120 to 129 were violent only about 3 percent of the time even after they factored in poverty and other factors. In the US this lines up with government numbers showing Black Americans who make up around 13 or 14 percent of the population account for about half of known murder cases and get killed at rates more than six times higher than Whites. IQ differences help explain a good chunk of the gap in serious crime between the groups once you control for things like income.
