Although these cowards are rightly not allowed to participate in the March, we denounce their presence anywhere near this event and reaffirm that white nationalism, supremacy, and discrimination are antithetical to the notion of being pro-life and our commitment to anti-racism and respect and freedom for all human beings

As I attended the March for Life last Friday, I was generally inspired by the dedication and loving work of the many different groups present but one group left me with a feeling of disgust. As we all gathered to affirm the reality that all humans are people worthy of life and to decry the insult against their dignity that is abortion, others gathered just outside the March to spread a message of hatred and discrimination completely opposite to its spirit. I’m referring to white nationalists who yearly assemble to attempt to recruit march-goers.

BREAKING!!! DANVILLE, VA—(February 6th, 2026)  This morning, two activists from Progressive Anti-Abortion Uprising (PAAU) and  Virginia for Preborn Justice, entered the property of A Women’s Choice of Danville abortion center at approximately 9:45am (159 Executive Drive, Suite E, Danville, VA) to distribute roses and life-affirming resources to patients.    On this day the abortion center, along with New River Abortion Fund, began an advertised three day event offering free abortions. The rescuers, Thomas Hill and Lauren Brown entered the clinic lobby with roses with attached  pregnancy resource literature in hand.  Hill approached the receptionist while Brown distributed roses to the women waiting. Several of the patients and their partners sincerely thanked Brown, and were actively reading the literature.  After approximately 10 minutes inside the pair began to exit the facility, however on their way out encountered a man who told them his wife was inside. Brown successfully directed him to the sidewalk counselors near the entrance where they shared further resources, while Hill left roses and literature scattered around the lobby for any additional abortion seekers.

PAAU founder Terrisa Bukovinac said “The atrocities committed against preborn children and their parents at the Danville abortion center cannot be ignored. Simply refusing to collaborate in the violence happening against prenatal children and their parents is not enough-we must physically try to prevent violence from happening at all. Those seeking abortion deserve access to alternative resources that don’t involve having their offspring killed, and we will continue to take risks to ensure those resources are known and received by patients in their most vulnerable hour”. The Danville clinic is strategically positioned on the southern Virginia boarder and is a known hub for interstate abortion tourism from southern states with abortion bans.  This November, Virginians will vote on a proposed constitutional amendment that if passed would make abortion a “fundamental right” in the Commonwealth which will lead to an increase in abortion tourism in border cities like Danville. This amendment would open the door for taxpayer funded abortion, remove any parental consent notifications, and allow abortion in the third trimester past the point of viability for any reason. “Free abortion days are nothing more than an attempt to buy big abortion to exploit desperate women for profit instead of offering them tangible support. It is our responsibility to love the pre-born by contending for their lives up until the last moment, even when that means entering an abortion clinic.” Said Thomas Hill.

All pro-life defendants from the Planned Parenthood rescue in Memphis TN plead no contest in court today and received time served.
