@robinmmorrison @WiseBirding Thanks Robin! The project aims to provide a haven for wildlife, especially birds. In the coming years and as the site matures, we expect to see many different species using the site, including a wide variety of breeding and over wintering birds.

@PACCoInterreg @WiseBirding Many thanks for the reply and contact details. I'm familiar with the use of shingle top islands in creating the perfect habitat and I would think that the birds will love them. LORP will be an amazing place. 😀

The June newsletter from #LowerOtterRestorationProject refers to significant numbers of ground nesting birds, including sch 1 species has delayed breaching of the tidal embankment. Is it likely that these birds will still find nesting areas next year? @WiseBirding @PACCoInterreg
