@skylarkgem @_BTO You are right. The same cold northerly and easterly winds that are holding up birds coming from the south are also preventing some birds from leaving, making both arrivals and departures a little late this year.

@_BTO @PAStancliffe Having seem a group of brambling today near Hereford I'm wondering if our winter migrants are also late to move on as the spring ones are later arriving. ...?
