Revitalizing @flufworld Through Strategic $ROOT Redistribution Of The Land Mechanics Pool

The Third Kingdom (TTK) project has seen declining momentum. Community updates have been minimal, and it appears development has slowed to the point where TTK is no longer a meaningful driver of growth, adoption, or excitement. At present, it functions as an ongoing expense with little upside, failing to onboard new users or add measurable value to the ecosystem.
Combined with todays annoucement by @futureverse it looks like the future is down to the community and where the community want to take @TheRootNetwork going forward. "We're not building the future, you are."
Meanwhile, @flufworld, where it all started, has been deprioritized and under-energized for some time now. The community has endured over 4 years of waiting with little tangible value remaining, and significantly longer $ROOT distribution timelines than majority expected. Morale is low, and confidence is strained.
This is an opportunity to correct course, repay loyalty, and inject momentum back into the heart of the ecosystem and the OG project.

➡️ Sunset TTK: Officially end development of The Third Kingdom reducing overheads.
➡️ Redistribute $ROOT Treasury:
- 75% of the ROOT held in the land mechanics pool distributed via claims to Surrealscape and PRYSM holders.
- 25% allocated to a FLUF World Treasury, with any unclaimed $ROOT after 90 days also flowing into this treasury.
➡️ Reignite FLUF WORLD
Equip the OG project @flufworld with a dedicated treasury to fund growth, innovation, @TheRootNetwork network activity and community-driven initiatives.

1. Relieve Financial Drain
Maintaining TTK represents an ongoing expense that offers little return. Ending it allows @Futureverse to reallocate resources to assist in getting through the difficult situation they find themselves currently in.
2. Restore Community Trust
After years of promises and waiting, community members deserve recognition and reward. By redistributing $ROOT to Surrealscape and PRYSM holders from the Land Mechanics Pool; many of whom have been the ecosystem’s strongest supporters; It would be a sign of respect, recognition, and commitment to those who remain in the community and reignite them to continue the course of bringing experiences, attention and adoption to @TheRootNetwork.
3. Revive FLUF World
@flufworld has always been the creative and cultural OG project that start this all. A treasury gives it the means to fund new development, spark excitement, and attract both old and new participants. This creates a more sustainable and self-driven ecosystem that can also support offspring projects like @partybear, Thingies, Buzzies and Seekers.
4. Limit Market Impact
$ROOT’s price has already been significantly reduced. Distributing the remaining $ROOT in this way will not materially worsen market conditions. Instead, it shifts dormant value into active loyal hands where it can drive growth and engagement.
5. Community First Narrative
This plan sends a powerful message: The network values its existing community above all else. By stopping the bleed from underperforming projects and empowering FLUF World, this goes a long, long way to restoring momentum, aligns incentives, and ensures a healthier future where existing community continues to be a part of the growth of the network.
