South East Basketball how we started our summer vacation working to improve with one another! Northwood University Team Camp. Getting 1% Better Everyday!

So excited to be a part of this project and help grow the IQ and knowledge of those involved in our game!

A foundational part of our business is our number representing compound interest. It is a penny compounded on itself everyday for a month. Just like a penny, any habit you are trying to build won’t show up the first day, or even the first week.

The weight room is biased. It only rewards those that work. And it will see right through someone who isn’t willing to do it. It’s a truth teller. You can’t fool it.

Coach Butcher will be hosting a program-wide meeting for all players & parents to attend - May 6th at 7:15pm in East Main Gym! We will be covering the information needed for the off-season as we start to prep for the season! Looking forward to seeing everyone there! #BeEAST
