This movie is so good I’m surprised more people still don’t know about it. HK martial arts film with Toxic Avenger level gore & a similarly sadistic sense of humor. Would like to know if there’s more HK action films like it because I don’t know the genre well enough

@spumdonor I think that it works both way in that good writing can save lame animation too but its also a shallower save in the way you're really listening to a glorified podcast wheras bad writing be saved by good animation is at least embracing the medium

How is the One piece filler in the anime because i've enjoyed the OVA and movie 1 and 2 for what they are and I hear great things about G-8 but Warship Island was medicore and padded to hell and back
I like those 2 filler episodes with Usopp and Sanji and Lougetown so idk
