Get your classes to watch along with videos of The Bitesize Careers Podcast, hosted by Radio 1’s @KatieThistleton, in your form time or as a lesson starter. There are activities for students to join in with as she chats to big name guests and careers experts about how to figure out your future career. These can be watched in class via the ‘College, apprenticeship and uni’ section of the Bitesize Careers website. Get involved with content on our themed days, from Myth Busting Monday, Transferable Skills Tuesday to Your Future Friday. Hear real-life stories from current apprentices, get answers to frequently asked questions, and take part in quizzes to find out if an apprenticeship could be the right next step. If you're a teacher, careers leader or parent/carer, a new teacher guide is available with ideas and pre-planned activities for using the content in your classroom. The content could be used for a quick activity, adapted into an entire lesson, or developed into a longer activity using the follow-up suggestions provided. All you need is the internet and access to a screen.
