Last week, several PEM faculty and nurses hosted our annual PEM Day for EM Seniors!
Residents from 11 area programs were invited to PEM Senior EM Bootcamp for a crash course in Pediatric emergencies before graduation.

@FedExHelp picture on left is where the FedEx delivery person delivered the package per their photo confirmation… Picture on right is my actual home. Fed ex closed my case saying package was delivered and I can’t get customer service on the phone.

@DrJenGunter @FedEx I hear you! @FedEx driver delivered my package to wrong house, as evidenced by the photo they took to confirm delivery. I open a case with fed ex, share my house pic, fed ex “reviews” and closes case saying package was delivered. Can’t get real person on phone🤬

Just calling @FedEx out for being super shitty. They let someone send a package and bill it to me. When I explained I didn’t send it or authorize the package they sent me to collections. Nice.

@FedExHelp my package was delivered to the wrong home , as per the fed ex delivery photo confirmation. I’ve had an open case for four days with no response. I called customer service and can’t get connected to a live person. Talk about terrible customer service.
