🚨 BREAKING NEWS 🚨 Wimbledon have announced plans to switch to an ALL-CLAY surface on ALL of their courts, starting from 2028. Tournament director Jamie Baker said: "Grass has continued to be phased out on all levels and remains unpopular with the players." Wow.

@BenGrahamUK Pure deflection. Government is £20m a week better off thanks to increased VAT on fuel thanks to the Iran war. And they won’t be rushing to share this cash with the British people.

Rachel Reeves blaming forecourts is pure deflection. At 160p per litre: Tax: 80p Forecourt profit: 7p The government takes over 50%, which is around 10x more than forecourts. But somehow it’s the petrol stations fault? The public can see straight through this.

I’m about to get married, and my fiancé knows I have an inheritance that was left to me by my grandparents. It’s in my name only, and I’ve been saving it for years. Now he’s saying that before we get married, I should put the entire inheritance into a joint account so we can “start fresh together,” or he doesn’t think we should go through with the wedding. I’m 36 already and this is something my family worked hard to leave me. I’m torn between wanting to build a life together and feeling like I’m being pressured to give up something important to me. What do you think I should do? By isitmeaitah

Britain has paid Norway over £100 billion for gas since 2021. For gas they’re drilling in the North Sea, the same sea Ed Miliband has banned new drilling in on the British side. Madness.

My main takeaway from the Jenrick/Reform move is this: The people who were denouncing each other days or weeks ago are now praising each other to the heavens. They are willing to say anything and then shift their position. You can’t believe or trust anything any of them say.

Good news: NHS waiting lists are down by more than 86,000 this month, the largest fall in a month for over 2 years. For too long, patients were promised change in the NHS but saw little of it. My government is turning promises into change people can actually feel.

Whatever you think about the error by OBR, you have to respect Richard Hughes for doing the honourable thing in accepting responsibility as head of the organisation & resigning. It’s reassuring that there are people maintaining standards of accountability. theguardian.com/business/2025/…

@EdwardJDavey Ed, BBC does belong to Britain but they made a huge error in how they tried to portray Trump. That’s what happened. Stop trying to rewrite history.

The BBC belongs to Britain, not Trump, Farage or their cheerleaders at GB News. Keir Starmer needs to stand up to Trump and defend our BBC, to keep it strong and truly independent.
