@IDdocAdi My lesson for TMP/SMX dosing is down to 4 min (3 min for concepts, 1 min for math). Our @PHUofSCIDFellow can vouch. I am so proud when they dose it correctly themselves! Don’t give up. It can be done. @Dr_Daering @UtpalIDMD @vivianytsai @ImMShaw @dr_pbailey @bhola_kamlas

@bhola_kamlas Speaking of which, Dr. Milgrom also works in the wound clinic. We heard he treated a zombie bite earlier. Cultures grew an ESBL producing organism. He had to use fear-openem.
