I've just spoken with customer services and they've discovered a mass outage in the area. It's being worked on at the moment and should be resolved by 6pm.

@plusnethelp are you aware of any issues in the Truro area. I first noticed I had no internet access just after 10pm last night. I've checked the Openreach modem and the DSL light is out. I've tried restarting it but it's still not working this morning ☹️

@lleofavaretto @imikerussell Hi Leonardo, within reason a VO will be able to adjust their speed to suit your needs but as an example I tend to speak at an average rate of 140-150 words per minute. @GravyForBrain have a rate calculator on their site gravyforthebrain.com/reading-speed-… Hope this helps 🎙️

@imikerussell How do you guys measure that in MRC? How do you know how many words will be speech in a voice over to charge for that? For example: In a 30 secondes voice over, how many words it fits? There are any tipe of calculator for that?
