@DHSCgovuk @sajidjavid @BBCBreakfast @sajidjavid - 92 year old with health conditions and home bound, still no booster. Local GP told her to wait, they are working through ‘the list’. Considering your comment saying there is no excuse for this to happen - what do you recommend as next steps?

@thgplc - do you still own IWOOT under your armour. They have taken money and not sent goods. Customer service is not existent so I consider this a breach of the consumer rights act 2015. Next steps please…..

@TeamKnowhowUK @curryspcworld - great response. Now, if prices are subject to change in 24hrs due to manufacturers, how is it the installation cost has now doubled back to £90.? Do you blame that on them as well? Even if you price match I’m struggling to see the incentive to swap to currys...

@curryspcworld. I saw KENWOOD KSBNDIX20 on line yesterday at £799. Today it’s £849. Is this normal to have an increase in 24hrs for no reason? Even in google search it shows £799. Do you honour the price?

@TeamKnowhowUK @curryspcworld - seems like playing the consumer to me. Put the price up by £50 then offer £50 discount if buying 2 items. You should at least honour the price, not even a decent explanation. bad customer service it seems to me... 😏

.@BMW_UK A friend of mine has a 3 series, 60000 miles ... bought at 11000 miles and fully service record with BMW Bavarian, had been recently serviced. Timing chain snapped, shortly after last service. is this normal?

@BMW 59K on a 6 yr approved FSH is built to last?! Should a timing belt go on a car like this? BMW UK = 0 help despite agreeing manufacturing defect. Leaving one customer significantly out of pocket so little escalation route except to share the joy. Disappointed is an understatement
