@PLPercussionist We don't need to defend having an abortion. If the pregnant person knows they shouldn't carry a pregnancy, that is enough of a reason. They bring up failed implants bc if life begins when sperm and egg meet, millions are "dying" that you ignore. You're inconsistent. That's it.

"Late Stage Abortion" is fearmongering. It's incredibly rare. About 1% of abortions occur after 21 weeks, when >99% of preterm births die. About 0.01% occur after 28 weeks. In 15 years, Minnesota had just 10. These are overwhelmingly for health reasons.

It’s actually really hopeful and heartwarming. The parents get to live with the fat that their child made an impact on someone!
