🇵🇱's delegation delivered Voluntary National Presentation (#VNP) during #CSW70, highlighting efforts to eliminate violence against women & girls, advance leadership, strengthen legal frameworks, engage men & boys, and promote gender #equality via policy, education & partnerships.

Important discussions on the future of financing for development after #FfD4. Poland 🇵🇱 led sessions on credit ratings & data interoperability at the Mexico 🇲🇽 retreat of 🇺🇳 Group of Friends of Monterrey.

At #CSW70 High-Level Mtg on eliminating #violence against women & girls, 🇵🇱 stressed that justice must respond to new threats: from tech-facilitated abuse & AI deepfakes to disinformation targeting women, as well as the consequences of 🇷🇺's war against 🇺🇦, incl. sexual violence.

🇵🇱 joined TCCs to @UNIFIL_ in a joint statement led by 🇫🇷. We call on all parties to urgently return to the cessation of hostilities and respect UNSC Resolution 1701. We stand in solidarity with 🇱🇧 and stress that the safety of peacekeepers must always be guaranteed.

🇵🇱 was honored to join 🇺🇦 & partners at a #CSW70 high-level event on gender-transformative recovery. Ensuring it is inclusive & centred on women’s leadership is key to building a resilient future for Ukraine. The next 🇺🇦 Recovery Conference takes place in June 2026 in @gdansk.

For lasting peace and security, women must have a seat at the table and a say in decision-making. But too often they do not. ODIHR spoke at a #CSW70 side event with partners from Poland and Ukraine on practical ways to strengthen women’s role in politics, peace and security.
