Marshall University announced today that it will retain its Women’s Swimming & Diving program while continuing plans to add STUNT as a varsity sport, expanding participation opportunities for female student-athletes.

@HerdThoughts I think it would be interesting to also know time of year and day of week for these games. For example WKU we tended to play a lot the last game of season and one of those UH games I recall was on a Wednesday night.

@TomBraggSports @MarshallTBlog Huge fan of fball and recognize its significance to the school. However, I am a fan of MU as a whole and hate to see a successful sport having to be cut because of the changing landscape in college athletics.
