@Hermesparcels - When you pay for a collection service, you expect it to be collected on the agreed day. If you don’t have capacity then you shouldn’t sell the service. I took a day off and no one showed up but on your website apparently it’s in transit. Customer services useless

@bt_uk - Another day more appalling service. Seriously getting annoyed but stuck in this situation due to BTs policy of installing old hardware in new houses. You don’t really have a choice but to choose them. Brand new house and internet worse than the 90s 👌

@BTCare - Tried calling but keep getting passed around before being hung up on twice... How do I put a complaint in as this is a disgrace
