As a tradesperson I agree. It can't go into the crappy jobs it can sure do the nice jobs. So as an Security Technician it can't pull the wires or fit the cameras but programming them all day long it can. So I get left with the shitty bits of the job great.... That's also the low paid part too.

Peaky Blinders Movie is so poor. Like most modern films no actual drama or suspense. Nothing really happens at all. Not filmed in the same style as the tv show either pissed me off too. Was like they thought that’ll do shove this shite out.

The Mr Beast era is over. Over-edited, heavily produced, AI content flooded YouTube. The platform is now pushing authentic creators who talk to a camera and don't edit out every mistake. This has happened before. YouTube moves in cycles. We're in the authenticity cycle now.

He doesn't need his team to tell him what they are doing every second of every day. He doesn't have to worry about whether or not his team can be trusted as adults. Hire right. Trust your team.
