Most of you need to stop spending 10 hours editing thinking it will get you more views and spend 2 hours on prep work for building your 3x thumbnails. And you might need to spend more time on your IDEA/TOPIC and qualifying why someone wants to watch this thing, and come up with 2-3 alternative titles. NOBODY cares about your edits if you can't get them to click on the bloody video in the first place...

At this point, I am 100% certain that the magnitude of the fraud in federal entitlements (Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, Welfare, Disability, etc) exceeds the combined sum of every private scam you’ve ever heard by FAR. It’s not even close.

**QUALITY OVER QUANTITY IS A LIE Most of you don’t need to improve your quality dramatically… And you need to stop interpreting the quality as the editing… You need to improve the packaging (topic, title, thumbnail, timing) Stop worrying about retention editing and just be bloody interesting. For production, prioritize your audio and lighting but also learn basic camera Composition and angles that look flattering for your face and body type… The main reason for you to consider a camera with a lens instead of your phone, is the focal length of certain lenses will make your face shape more flattering especially around the chin and nose. Most of you need to get over that rich YouTubers told you about quality over quantity because they grew up watching other Big YouTubers they respect. If you’re a working class creator, lean into authenticity and mastering the basics and being more entertaining or more opinionated, or more vulnerable in your videos if you’re not a faceless channel. People value human connection. Leave the over editing to channel niches where that is absolutely necessary. Stop spending the scraps of time you have over editing and not getting views. Focus on your IDEAS and your DELIVERY more. There are people getting 100K views with littler or no editing with less than 100K subscribers. Not because of any hacks or their tags or any SEO. But because they are focusing on ATTRACTING real people instead of feeding or bearing an “algorithm”. And most of the time QUANTITY helps them figure out how to read the room because they play the numbers, shoot their shot with the audience, and gain more confidence as they get out of their own head. Every time you work your tail off only not to get views, and you keep thinking quality and more work on the edits will save you, you’re really just robbing yourself of the confidence that showing up more would bring. Nobody is telling you to upload just to upload or put out “trash”. But frankly most you won’t get better fast enough to see results if you’re not putting out 100-150 videos a year. Trying hard at 25-50 videos a year hasn’t worked for the far majority of you. If you take 100-150 shots then 10-25 of them might actually land. Instead of taking 25-50 shots only to have 2-4 of them land. Shot more shots, and improve your game with every attempt. Learn what works and what doesn’t and then you can focus on quality once you have a foundation of both consistency and knowing what people want from you. And NO I don’t count the packaging as the quality, we call that VALUE for the Viewer. VALUE is the WHY we click… QUALITY is WHY we stay QUANTITY is HOW often we can visit. You will need max stats in all 3 at some point.
