@dilig3nc that’s what i’m currently doing 😭 it’s worked for me in the past, i usually water fast 22-24 hrs every day as it is bc i do omad but when im in a plateau i shoot for a 48 hr water fast and usually see up to a pound drop by the second day (39 hrs in currently so lets hope!)
