Ranked EUW Test - We ended up getting delayed and the new plan is to deploy around 6pm PST tomorrow (roughly 2-3AM EUW) - There will be about 5-10m of Ranked downtime, so we're doing this in off peak and monitoring that things are working correctly First Stand on 26.5 - We made a significant number of changes on 26.4 and so 26.5 is a more conservative set of changes to ensure a good Pro meta for First Stand - Ori, Azir, Neeko, Lethality Varus are some of the strongest outliers in Pro Play currently, and so we're tapping them down Items - Hubris is looking just generally underpowered - It doesn't really have an audience and also doesn't exhibit the same properties that other snowball items like Mejais have (higher winrates because being purchased when snowballing) - Bandlepipes is looking pretty strong, especially on second item. Locket is one of its primary competitors so we're giving it a buff on second item by flatting some of the shield value Patch Followups - Lillia is looking a bit worse for wear after her buffs in a previous patch were over magnitude, so we're giving her a bump back up (it may end up getting delayed to a future patch if we need more time to land on a higher quality changelist, but haven't decided) - We're looking to see what Mel looks like at a higher power level after making some of the frustration lowering changes in 26.3

@drewlevin @RiotPhroxzon @RiotMeddler @RiotPabro yo brothers, congrats on the new season, the launch seems like a complete success I just have one tiny question about this little hiccup game that I just had the priviledge of playing myself so, not only did somebody dodge in my Master+ MMR where it seems like they didn't even get punished for it because the new dodge punishments only work for apex ranks and not apex MMRs (please correct me if I am wrong but if I am right about this, then thats just a terrible start into the season for higher elo players) and then the next lobby, my aatrox hover and somebody elses yorick hover both got banned out because of that, but thats not even the main issue, thats whatever, I dont care when I then had to load into the game, the game initially crashed and when I reconnected, the game was frozen in place with movement only being possible every 6-15 seconds and the movement was only in form of teleporting, all 10 players were affected by this my teammates all disconnected while the enemy team did not I checked other players on twitch etc. and the problem seems to not be a server wide issue but just an issue for my particular game the enemy team then came to the brilliant idea to go bot lane as 5 and start pushing and dying to towers/waves they eventually managed to finish the game since I could not compete with their push or defend them after a quick 1h 26min 37s or in other terms 86:34 min game, the enemies managed to band together as a team and finish the game of course the game counted as a full loss for me and my teammates and my total ranked record is now 1W/1L I received notifications that all of my teammates got punished for being AFK and I got notifications for everyone on the enemy team getting punished for sabotaging the game I then got into contact with the enemy KhaZix and he told me that he got 7 day banned after receiving the win so I think it is safe to assume that the entire enemy team got a 7 day ban since I got the same message for all of them I don't know what my teammates received (could be a glock 19 pointed to the side of their skull for all I know) what I am demanding is a goddamn explanation I want everyone in this lobby to be unbanned and any restrictions lifted from their accounts I also want this fucking loss revoked, you have got to be fucking kidding me that this is happening within my first 2 fucking games of the season I refuse to play another game until i get some cocksucking answers for this garbage and I am actively going into strike starting with this tweet the KhaZix himself is not able to send a ticket to support too lmfao fuck this shit I am going to the gym here's the game ID: 7675672680 I also have a full 1H+ recording of the entire thing if you are unable to access your own games information (which I consider a very plausible possibility), let me know and I'll send that shit over to you this will be a youtube video anyways happy climbings everyone,I wish you all a great S16

about lvl 20* regardless of whether this will be actual meta build or not, I think triforce will be core in 99% games due to it gives 2 spins with only 30% AS, not neccesserily second, but till lvl 20 should be built
