Our Flight Operations team wrapped up the Ivy Sting 5 exercise this week with the @USArmy @4thInfDiv, Fort Carson. Ivy Sting 5 is a multi-domain, large-scale combat training exercise focused on integrating Next-Generation Command and Control (#NGC2) systems with the goal of creating a unified, data-driven battlefield network that enhances situational awareness and decision-making. Even through cold and windy weather, our team navigated five successful flights with our #Stalker #UAS carrying our Octopus E140Z G2 #gimbal #camera #payload, demonstrating stable video throughout the duration. We're proud to continue our support of Army programs and are committed to equipping our soldiers with the tools they need for mission success. #FlightOps #FutureOfWar #MilitaryReadiness #ArmyTech #MissionSuccess

Friendly reminder that price target upgrades are usually useless and come AFTER the moves. Why in the world would anyone be buying $AMD after the massive rally when its at $340 and DA Davidson says it’s worth $375? It doesn’t even matter what they say because it’s been priced in ahead of time, always reactionary and for some reason people still give them credibility?
Wall St Engine@wallstengine

DA Davidson Upgrades $AMD to Buy from Neutral, Raises PT to $375 from $220 Analyst comments: "We are upgrading shares of AMD based on a structural increase in CPU demand on top of much improved visibility into AMD's role in the great data center buildout. We believe that, given the magnitude of Intel's beat, there is meaningful upside to AMD's estimates, starting with the March quarter, which AMD is due to report on May 5. We figured CPUs were the next big bottleneck, but Intel's results indicate that this is already translating to very significant upside. In recent months, it has been clear that the CPU is reinserting itself as an indispensable foundation of the AI era, and the once-sleepy CPU market has taken off as agentic workloads shift compute needs beyond GPUs. We point to Intel's 1Q26 results as a key indicator of this demand, with Intel CFO Zinsner noting the company's expectation for the industry to grow double digits with momentum expanding into 2027. By Intel CEO Tan's assessment, the ratio of GPUs to CPUs will go from 8:1 for pretraining to closer to parity for agentic workloads. We view Intel's results as a precursor for a huge step-up for AMD's CPU franchise and believe the structural shift toward agentic AI workloads is creating unprecedented demand for server CPUs. We believe AMD is favorably positioned to significantly raise prices across the portfolio to support and expand margins, given our view that demand will outpace supply for the foreseeable future. We are raising our 2026 estimates for AMD by $2 billion of revenue and $1.5 billion of gross profit, now materially above guidance and consensus. Even though AMD has lower CPU share, if Intel can add about $2.5 billion a year of revenue and gross profit based on the tightness in CPUs, we are comfortable with those levels for AMD. Beyond CPUs, we must acknowledge AMD's long-term guidance has become much more achievable than it was just a few weeks ago. We regret not underwriting AMD's participation in the GPU buildout upon initiation, and the addition of Meta's 6 gigawatts and OpenAI's $122 billion fundraise tips the scale in favor of endorsing the 35% CAGR trajectory. We are upgrading to Buy from Neutral and raising our price target to $375 from $220, based on 32x CY27 EPS." Analyst: Gil Luria

@MitchMartan98 I want an analyst that has the conviction of saying: I know X will be up Y% tomorrow, if I'm wrong shoot me, thanks. If you can't put your life on the line, then you have no conviction. 1 + 1 = 2. Shoot me if it isn't. That's the type of conviction an analyst needs.

@MichaelWigginsO They guided to $378M monthly revenue rate, which annualized is 4.5Bn. Not a stretch at all. Give it LITE/COHR P/S multiple, it's a 500+ stock.

@PPointpass31044 $4 billion? That's a bit of a stretch. Maybe $3 billion forward run-rate. But I can't exactly see $4 showing up in FY27E. But that's what makes the market

$AAOI Applied Optoelectronics is headed toward a $210 price target by late 2027, and while the recent volatility has been highly uncomfortable, it doesn’t change the bigger picture, that AAOI is tied directly to one of the strongest forces in markets today: AI infrastructure demand, which is running red hot. Yes, the near term will remain choppy: macro fears plus the inherent cyclicality of hardware will continue to plague the stock and shake out weaker hands. But investors who are truly patient and focused on its forward trajectory rather than the day-to-day noise will be rewarded here. What’s more, with its revenue expected to jump 120% y/y to approach roughly $1 billion, while its free cash flow profile Inflects higher, we’ll see AAOI transitioning from a speculative growth story into an institutional-favorite infrastructure player. $ACM Research: Strategic Expansion, the China Growth Paradox, and Investment Thesis. ACM Research is a semiconductor equipment company transitioning from a China-focused cleaning niche to a global multi-product platform. The firm achieved record revenues in 2025 and targets a long-term $4 billion valuation, but faces compressed gross margins, heavy inventory builds, and negative operating cash flow. The company is diversifying into advanced packaging and wafer-level processes to reduce its 99% revenue dependence on Mainland China. This expansion is complicated by U.S. Entity List designations on its subsidiaries and a complex corporate structure in which a separately listed Shanghai subsidiary holds the majority of its assets. Investor sentiment is divided between those viewing the stock as a high-growth value-unlock opportunity and those citing geopolitical risks and governance concerns stemming from a founder-controlled voting block. The company's trajectory hinges on converting international tool evaluations into repeat revenue while navigating tightening export controls.
