In our recent article, we explored thermal evaporation of CsSnI₃ and show that incorporating SnF₂ effectively mitigates self p-doping, reducing the hole density by an order of magnitude, which is crucial for stable tin perovskite solar cells. pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/ac…
