25/ Finally, please note that the NEJM article is a brief account of our study, and a full study report will soon be published as a NIHR HTA monograph with 111 pages, containing the full results. It will be freely available on the internet for anyone to study the results.

24/ NEJM and Media discordance: Regarding 3 or more previous miscarriages, we state “this observation requires validation”. This is correct. The validation can be from external evidence (Tweet 19). We were not permitted to add the meta-analysis plot to the NEJM manuscript.
