Funny people are going to me because the child hit her. What is unfortunate for some children even for some of us who are grown adults, when some (not all) are brought up in a household that is mentally exhausting, you tend to either live your adult life that way or become a person who will raise a child the exact same way. When moral values are lost, you lose the children to immoral behavior in adult life. That child is acting out not because he really wanted to hit her, he acted out because he is frustrated. Even the guy who pulled him away knew he was.
