@CooperativeBank Yes it is. I had to wait until you moved your systems over, but even after that you seem to be struggling to get it sorted….. made worse by being passed around your various call centres on 3 different phone calls, only to be told you “don’t know” where my process is at 😫🤯🔫

@CooperativeBank I got through in the end but sadly still didn’t get the support I require. You are unable to tell me whether you have received paperwork I sent back to you 3 weeks ago, or how to resolve the problem
