New York can’t afford 4 more years of @KathyHochul. We pay 50% more than the rest of America for energy while we sit on top of a massive natural gas reserve that we don’t even drill! As governor, I will cut utility prices in HALF on Day One.

It was fixed at 3:30 this morning. The problem was many elderly people did not make arrangement to sleep elsewhere because they thought their heat would be back by 10 pm as promised. Rethink giving times of restoration - or make it abundantly clear that these targets might not be met.

@PSEGLI been sitting in the dark for 4 hours, and there isn't even an ETR up yet, let alone a crew. We're the biggest outage in all of Suffolk County and 25% of your customers without power and yet your phone service person told me we're not a priority? What is wrong with you?

@PSEGLI held my account hostage, would not allow me to make an online payment, made me provide my bank routing and account number because I had a past due balance. Yet the same company May of 2024 stole $160 payment of mine that I made and never credited my account essentially ⬇️

@PSEGLI let me tell you your app and website suck! Every single time i go to log in it doesnt recognize my password and its continuous frustration resetting and logging in. Pathetic to go along with how much our energy bill is. Cant even have a website work right

Payment because it was cashed and @PSEGLI wrote onto the check credit the acct with the named payee without prejudice. Here we are it’s now almost 2 years and they have kept my money and never credited my acct. They are thieves in my eyes until this is rectified.

Almost 2 yrs ago @PSEGLI stole $160 from me. I made a payment through my @CapitalOne account, the check that was sent was cashed yet never credited to my acct. I have left my acct past due that money since that day and they refuse to do anything. My bank couldn’t void the ⬇️
