Officers are appealing for witnesses to a theft that took place at 2.15pm Thurs 26 Mar at Linklet, Kirkwall. Anyone that was in this area that can provide info relating to a male in his 30s, wearing an olive-green jacket with a hood contact 101 and quote ref CR132923/26.
