It’s amazing to me how little even people in education know about the new SAT. It’s online and adaptive, meaning students literally get different tests. The longest reading passages are just 120 words. Analogies, once a crucial way to test a student’s ability to think relationally and connect ideas, are completely gone. Founding documents are gone as well, and the test is Common Core aligned. This is not your parents’ SAT. It’s not even the SAT from a few years ago.
