حالت ہماری یہ ہو چکی ہے کہ ڈاکٹر عاصم یوسف، ڈاکٹر فیصل سلطان اور ڈاکٹر ثمینہ نیازی (عمران خان صاحب کے تین ذاتی معالجین) نے جیل میں عمران خان صاحب کا چیک اپ کیا۔ اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ کے 29 اکتوبر 2024 کے جسٹس میاں گل حسن اورنگزیب کے حکم پر میڈیکل بورڈ تشکیل دیا گیا تھا۔ اس کے علاوہ ٹرائل کورٹس اور دیگر عدالتوں نے بھی بارہا یقینی بنایا کہ عمران خان صاحب کا میڈیکل چیک اپ ان کے ذاتی ڈاکٹروں سے کروایا جائے اور اس حکم پر عمل بھی کروایا گیا۔ ڈاکٹر عاصم یوسف، ڈاکٹر فیصل سلطان اور ڈاکٹر ثمینہ نیازی نے جیل میں چیک اپ کیا، علاج کیا اور یہ سب لوئر کورٹس اور سیشن کورٹ کے احکامات پر ہوا۔ لیکن جب اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ کی باری آتی ہے تو عدالتوں کے فیصلوں پر عملدرآمد ہی نہیں ہوتا۔ آج تین رکنی بینچ فیصلہ دیتا ہے مگر اڈیالہ روڈ پر اس کی دھجیاں اڑا دی جاتی ہیں۔ ہماری ہائی کورٹس کا معیار اور وقار اس قدر گر گیا ہے کہ تین ججز یا دو ججز بیٹھ کر فیصلہ دیتے ہیں اور ایک عام سرکاری اہلکار اسے ردی کی ٹوکری میں پھینک دیتا ہے، صرف اس لیے کہ 26ویں اور 27ویں ترامیم کے بعد ججز کو اس طرح بٹھایا گیا جنہیں نہ اپنے ادارے کا خیال ہے، نہ اپنی ذات کا، نہ عہدے کا اور نہ وقار کا۔ عمران خان صاحب کی ضمانت کی درخواست کی سماعت ہمیشہ لٹکائی جاتی ہے۔ میں مخصوص کیسز یا مخصوص وکلاء کا ذکر نہیں کروں گا جن کی سماعتیں برق رفتاری یا جیٹ انجن کی رفتار سے لگائی جاتی ہیں۔ میں عدلیہ سے کہنا چاہتا ہوں کہ آج عدلیہ عوام کی نظر میں عدلیہ کی بجائے انتظامیہ کا عدالتی ونگ بن چکی ہے۔ عدلیہ کو یہ تاثر جلد از جلد ختم کرنا ہوگا ورنہ عوام کی نظر میں اس کا وجود اتنا ضروری نہ رہے گا۔ وکیل قائد پاکستان تحریک انصاف خالد یوسف چوہدری @KhalidYChaudry

Imran Khan’s personal physicians, Dr. Asim Yousaf, Dr. Faisal Sultan, and Dr. Samina Niazi, have repeatedly examined him in prison as ordered by lower courts and the Islamabad High Court (Oct 29, 2024, Justice Mian Gul Hassan). Despite clear court directives, the High Court’s orders are ignored, and his medical care is obstructed. His bail hearings are continuously delayed, while other cases get expedited.
