@FederalBankLtd I need an immediate resolution and an explanation regarding how OneCard and Federal Bank are obtaining and using my HR's, employer's,colleagues', and other third parties' contact details to make threatening calls. Such actions are completely unacceptable and amount to harrasment.

❓ How are credit card companies getting the phone numbers of friends, relatives, or employers to put pressure and cause mental harassment? They were never part of the transaction. Shouldn't companies contact only the borrower? Isn't this a privacy violation? Sir @sinhaanurag14

@OneCard_FPL @FederalBank After I paid ₹49,231+₹14,300 as settlement told by your Mumbai HO agent Rahul Sharma, he deleted his message stating that amount right after payment. No NOC issued. Now WhatsApp threats for ₹25k more+threats to call my HR. @RBI #OneCard #BankingFraud
