@bt_uk I need to speak to a human being above WiFi coverage issues in my house. Why have you made it impossible for me to speak to a human being about this issue?

@bt_uk Dee, I need a WiFi extender to cover that part of my house where the signal drops out. It is so frustrating that when you call BT al it wants to do is test your line and tell you there is no problem. I know there is no fault other than WiFi coverage!

I have now been to the airport in Barbados by taxi to recover my wife’s bag and submitted a claim form for reimbursement of our expenses. I have found the casual way in which you decided to remove bags from the flight & then leave me to chase around to recover it to be shameful.

@united hi everyone if you are thinking of booking a transatlantic flight be warned @united treat their customers with disdain and contempt. 40 years of travelling and never experienced anything like this. Truly awful!!!!!
