Increased Withdrawals by Local Water Utilities. Since that article was written, Columbia Power & Water Systems (CPWS) has received TDEC approval to withdraw another 12 million gallons per day, which brings their total to 32 million gallons per day (or 23 Ultium plants alotted at 1.4 million gallons per day).
