I feel weird. My neighbors were partying behind me all day and now it’s midnight and they were yelling and laughing inside with the slider open. My dog couldn’t relax and now I’m wide awake. Instead of stewing over it all night I found my brightest flashlight and shined it into their back yard to get their attention and someone came out. As irritated as I was, I sort of laughed it off and said “I’m just tryin’ to sleep over here.” 😂 he goes, “Oh, are we being too loud?” I’m like “yeah.” I’ve broken up many parties but I’ve never told my neighbors they’re being to loud. It’s awkward.

This may not be the right answer for you, but as a single woman and homeowner, it occured to me how much I have to hire out for little services I can't do myself. I have had my garage door repaired and serviced 4 times in 9 years. This seems to be an unsaturated industry. If you live in a heavily populated area, this might be something to research.

@45_70_Logan @Christo43252701 I've been thinking about and talking with a couple other guys in my industry about starting a new business. Takes a lot of capital. And everyone is strapped right now.

Hey gang.
I don't like sharing a lot of personal info on the internet. But I've got to vent. And this is my outlet right now.
If any of you in Idaho want to hire a salesman such as myself who is a Patriot, hard working, and honest, and honorable, hit me up.
I started working for a new company about 6 months ago. Quickly after getting hired, I leaned the company is involved in some borderline unethical practices for my industry. They soon crossed the line into straight up unethical and dishonest territory. They also are heavily integrating AI. That's a separate issue... Back to unethical business paractices-
When I learned what the company was doing to customers in my community, I immediately started looking for a different job. I've never had trouble in the past finding a good sales position in my industry. But the economy is in bad shape. Businesses in my area in my industry are really struggling. I have been unsuccessful in finding different employment.
Last night was the last straw for me. Management of the company sent me to a customer's home and directed me to straight up lie to a customer in order to try to get them to buy from us. I refused.
I now face a choice:
A) Continue working for the company until they fire me, as I will continue to refuse to lie to customers or participate in their unethical business practices.
B) Resign. Quit. Put in my notice. And pray I find another job before I run out of money to keep a roof over my family's heads. 2 months tops.
I'm a a husband and a father of several. I'm the sole bread winner for our family. My wife is a stay at home mom and raises our kids, and home schools.
Praying for the right answer. Praying for peace.
