What a card at BAQ today, NYRA really impresses with these 4-5 horse races. EP5 going to pay $47.80 that’s like 100-1 on a 50c wager! Plus if you listen to the broadcast, you can be insulted by a tiny nerd with no discernible talent. Truly impressive product, no way it folds.

The Derby is such a fascinating race because of the trips and the quick decisions the jockeys have to make. The obvious two horses that had trouble were Chief Wallabee and Renegade who ran insanely good race after all that trouble at the start.

Congrats to the connections of Golden Tempo who got a perfect ride and trip with that making the difference. Cool to see the Phipps Stable which have the one of best silks of all time in the winner circle of the Derby.
