Korea is very dysfunctional. Taiwan we literally have fistfights in the legislature. Thailand keeps couping themselves. Philippines also seeing comedy levels of dysfunction. Myanmar literally in a civil war rn.
Not too sure about Malaysia. Maybe doing kinda ok despite corruption? Indonesia was doing fantastic under Jokowi but it seems the new guy really fell off.
