We ordered a new king bed as the double was just too small but now I don't know what mattress to get. They all seem so expensive, simba one is now over £1k for a king and I don't have that kind of money. Any recommendations?

@fleurelizabeth8 3-4am always hits really hard. I eat early and try to avoid eating between midnight & 06. Healthy snacks to try and sustain energy and grabbing a 30minute nap if the shift allows me to.

I knew nights would be horrible but I think they’re even worse than I expected! I feel fine up until about 4am then I start to feel really sick 😞 I hope I get used to it!

There is no place in Bristol for Islamophobia, violence or the far right. Those planning to demonstrate tomorrow should know that our city is united against their thuggery, racism and hatred. For the people planning to counter-demonstrate, I urge you to do so in a way that is peaceful and respectful to all in our community. The people in Southport have shown us how to respond to the far right, standing together, rejecting their attempts to divide us and unifying in the face of their hatred.

You do not “protest” against a murder by an individual - you hold a vigil, mourn; show collective sympathy. There is nothing to “protest” about; there is only sorrow, incomprehension - the desire to do whatever might help those who lost their beloved.

I have legitimate concerns about crime in our country, I feel let down by various state failures, like almost all Brits. To conflate this with rioting thugs being violent to police and setting fire to our streets is total misdirection. Don't fall for it.
