With the Internet becoming more and more “by AI, for agents”, there is a real possibility that the current web, made of human content and pages, is on its way out. Much like Geocities, or how older consoles are completely backed up and archived (you can download the whole set in a few gigabytes and run it on your computer). It’s quite possible that in 20 years, the human made, public elements of the web are just another platform that is backed up and an interesting moment, before everything became dynamic and generative.

Most people think AI can vibe-code commerce: make a page, throw in Stripe, ship it. Commerce is not a payment button. It is: Fulfillment. Tracking. Email. Contacts. Comments, ratings. Inventory. Access. Support. Trust. The hard part isn’t code. It is making a coherent system.

Companies like Google and Facebook have made it easy for anyone to sign-in with one click. @StakeNow has made this possible on Tezos with Sign-in With Tezos, or SIWT.  You just sign a message with your private key, and you're logged in! 🙌 Check out the article from @TezosCommons below to learn more:

This is kind of an interesting question, actually - what *was* the intent of Hic et Nunc, anyway? Remember that Raf initially applied to get a grant for an eSports platform then pivoted into NFTs after the hype starting brewing. If it was to establish an artist-run community in a decentralized way, we already have that right now with @TeiaCommunity's DAO. Mission accomplished? Was it money? To get members of HEN rich? How to get artists paid and protect their rights? We still have a long way to go on that one. Was it fame? To get famous and put Tezos art and artists on the map of famous galleries and museums? In a way, what made the whole movement interesting is the fact that everyone kind of had their own ideas and hopes of what they wanted to see. But actually verbalizing and communicating that to each other - that's the part that we struggled with, imo. I do believe that most conflicts can be avoided if people were clear about what they want. It's sort of the ambiguity that often causes issues because when everyone's operating under unknown agendas, there's no way to get them resolved. (Why it's important to get things on "paper" - i.e. the DAO.) Me? I'm here to try to make money off of the incredible talent we have here - which includes getting *them* paid fairly too - I'm very tired of seeing talent run away from tech platforms due to bad deals and tone-deafness and I'm not going to let that happen this time. It's gonna be a long road ahead, but as long as people continue to mint new works, this place will always have my attention. 🤓
