Arab Social Media Monitoring: The UAE social media is buzzing with negative commentary about Pakistan and its alliance with Saudi Arabia. An analysis of the Arabic language X shows this negative commentary from UAE started right after: ◾ Pakistan didn't not invite UAE to the US-Iran talks in Islamabad, while reportedly observer from Saudi Arabia and Egypt were invited to Islamabad. ◾ Pakistan sent huge contingent of over 13,000 soldiers to Saudi Arabia, along with 12-18 fighter jets as part of Pak Saudi Defence Agreement. The analysis of the Arab X reveals that negative commentary about Pakistan is being strongly countered by Saudi Arabia social media users. It is also noteworthy that criticism of Pakistan & Saudi Arabia from the UAE social media is mostly originating from influencers who are linked to the govt. ◾As the content is mostly in Arabic language, so due to a language barrier, Pakistani response is mostly absent. ◾ However, Saudi X users are filling in the gap and providing a strong push back against it & supporting Pakistan. 📨 Some conversations are attached:

Pakistan is not reliable at all and is willing to sustain the Islamic regime in Iran’s terrorism. Pakistan did not condemn Iran’s aggression against the UAE, Bahrain, and other Muslim countries. In negotiations with the Trump administration, Pakistan refused to ask Iran to stop attacking the Gulf states. Pakistan wants to be the oxygen for the Islamic regime. Saudi Arabia is making an agreement with Pakistan that will not provide protection; Islamabad will simply take funds and share some with the Islamic regime in Iran..it is essentially bribing terrorism not to attack you. That will not happen with the UAE. The UAE does not negotiate with terrorists.

I don’t get why these brainwashed extremists get so triggered seeing the UAE flag next to Israel’s. Bro, the UAE has a fully normal and official relationship with Israel in front of everyone 😂 Find another hobby, seriously..

We do not and will not accept a terrorist regime. CRUSH the ISLAMIC REGIME in Iran. Destroy it all. Zero negotiation with terrorists. Do not be like the EU, still too cowardly to act.The UAE has destroyed and will destroy every Iranian missile and drone that targets us. PAKISTAN FAILED. Anyone who tries to keep this regime alive will fail. God bless the UAE. God bless the USA. God bless the Iranian people.

The Middle East NEEDS INDIA, not Pakistan, to mediate negotiations between Iran’s Islamic regime and the Trump administration. India has DEMONSTRATED SUCCESS in PEACE agreements with Bangladesh, China, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. Pakistan, by contrast, has been widely criticized for links to Islamist jihadist networks in the region in the recent past, with effects similar in some cases to Iran’s destabilizing behavior in places such as India and Afghanistan. Osama bin Laden, was found in Pakistan near a military academy, and members of al-Qaeda have operated from Iran, with some reportedly still present. What is needed is a country with a proven record in building peace and with real leverage over Iran, including economic ties such as oil trade. This negotiation risks failure because the current host lacks both the credibility and the diplomatic track record to manage such a dialogue. A state accustomed to confrontation cannot credibly lead a peace process; otherwise, it would have already resolved long-standing disputes like Kashmir. UAE BANNED THE MUSLIM BROTHERHOOD AS A TERRORIST ORGANIZATION, WHICH IT CONSIDERS AN IRAN PROXY IN THE WORLD. And yes, that is my opinion. And yes, unlike many places, we have the right to express it. And yes, why are 60,000 Pakistani bots online backing Iran’s Islamic regime?

Pakistan has shoved journalists into a giant facility where they’re being gorged with chai and kebabs but have no idea what’s going on with the negotiations. france24.com/en/live-news/2…
