Sam Smith 16/6/79 - 19/2/19. Husband, pop, soulmate, friend, lover, family-man, inspiration. The most caring and carefree man I ever met. He fought Cystic Fibrosis and beat it for 39 fantastic years. Proud and privileged to have spent 13 of them by his side. Rest in Peace.
