@NobletStrength People forget how many insane athletes are in the lower levels of college football and basketball that will definitely never play professionally but have athletic package that would more than ideal to be successful in soccer.

for soccer, but they chose football or basketball and won't make it professionally. If soccer were the priority sport here those guys would be the ones flourishing because they would have applied themselves to a sport that fits their athletic profile.

You clearly are not familiar with how people pick sports. Trust me, it's not objectively picking the sport for their correct body type. It's the cultural and social influence. Probably 95+% of boys that pursue basketball and football are undersized for the NBA and NFL.
