Yes, the $250 USD tier and up also receives the 22,500 ACs from the $120 USD tier.
(We cannot edit the tier rewards list after it begins. This will be added to the FAQ we are in the process of updating.)

@Alina_AE Will there be ACs added to the $250 (and above) tier? I was expecting it to at least come with the $120 tier's worth of ACs, getting none at all for over double the price feels bad as someone who was really excited to back at this tier :(
