USAA is the biggest farce in the history of insurance. They only sell their insurance products to veterans and families of those veterans. They make it seem like they are getting access to something special. The special thing they get are super high rates and average products at best. They tug at their heartstrings. As my friend @iPROTECTinsured said, These people will pay any amount of money so they can call into the billing department and hear someone call them Staff Sargeant again.... (Not to mention getting unnecessarily involved in woke politics nonsense.) I have had prospects whom I showed were paying thousands of dollars more than they should be but they want to hold on to USAA for the military affiliation. Here's the thing, they have actually no official affiliation with the military other than they only sell to members of the military and donate to military causes. You read that right. It's a glorified affinity program. Our veterans deserve better..
