We understand that @RepRaskin, much like Jack Smith, is blinded by hatred of President Trump, however, he needs to get his facts straight—this Department of Justice is the most transparent in history in part because of our efforts to expose the weaponization of the Biden administration in full compliance with the law and the court. Jack Smith’s team was desperate to prosecute Biden’s top political opponent, so it is no surprise that his files contain salacious and untrue claims about President Trump. The accusations Raskin makes are baseless. Judge Cannon’s protective order was not violated, and none of the documents produced by DOJ violated 6e as none of them disclosed matters occurring before a grand jury. The documents marked “6e” contained redactions of any 6e material. As an attorney and law professor, one must assume Raskin understands this, and thus, reveals this letter is nothing more than a cheap political stunt, almost as if taking cues from members of the corrupt Jack Smith prosecution team.

Let's also be clear about what happened with the legal process here. This child rapist was in the country illegally, and due to our sanctuary laws the DA -- smartly -- asked the judge to issue a desk ticket rather than remand to custody, because if he were taken to jail it would then be impossible to turn him over to federal authorities.
Let that sink in. The DA and judge had to engineer a rube goldberg plan for an illegal child rapist to walk out of the courthouse so that federal agents could pick him up on the street, because New York's sanctuary laws would protect him otherwise. A child rapist from Guatemala in the country illegally.
And Democrats are pledging to reinforce these sanctuary laws even further.
This is the world they're creating.

MASSIVE COURT VICTORY against activist judges and for President Trump’s law and order agenda!
The Eighth Circuit has held that illegal aliens can be detained without bond — following a similar ruling from the Fifth Circuit last month.
The law is very clear, but Democrats and activist judges haven’t wanted to enforce it. This administration WILL.
Imagine how many illegal alien crimes could have been averted if the left had simply followed the law?
