@AdvoBarryRoux No law that stops you from selling an RDP house to anyone in SA after the 8-year pre-emptive right clause has lapsed. Even a British/USA citizen can purchase an RDP house from the owner if they want to. It would be interesting to know if he bought on or off register (informally).

@ClaysonMonyela @AdvoBarryRoux Renting is not prohibited, one can’t sell or ‘alienate’ their property in the first 8-yrs. Renting your property doesn’t equate to alienation. Also, after 8 years of transfer, you don’t need written consent to sell as Deeds office sees that the pre-emotive period lapsed.

@JLerubako40 A child he chose to be responsible for financially and was a father figure. The maintenance wasn’t made permanent as it was explained by a legal expert. Not sure how decent it is to call a child a bastard. But this platform has every Jack and Jill.

The South High Court in Johannesburg has dismissed an unemployed husband’s attempt to secure maintenance for a child born outside his marriage 🙆‍♂️ The parties were married in community of property in April 2022. At the time of the marriage, the husband was 30 and the wife 46. No children were born of the marriage. However, the husband fathered a child with another woman in June 2025 while still married....

A fab w’end at CPT Jazz Fest and Montreux Jazz Fest in Franschhoek. Jacob Collier blew me away. Manana grounded me. Salif Keita fell ill and Fatoumata improvised, suddenly I was in Bamako again😍. Ezra was the best, I will always love Lalah Hathaway. My friends were made for me❤️

@AmandaBRinquest Of the 3 land reform pillars, which ones did the ANC really prioritise? Restitution is stuck and inhibited by the court ruling of 1st sorting pre 1998 claimants. Has tenure reform been prioritised? As for land redistribution - well🤷🏾‍♀️. Is he really incorrect though?

What a lying liar. The ANC led government set up the lands claim court in 1996 BECAUSE it was such a priority! His first cabinet had Thoko Didiza has Minister of Land Affairs. He is always making excuses for his own failures.
