Selina van den Oever was present today on behalf of PanCareFollowUp at the research retreat of the Princess Máxima Center. She gave a presentation to the participants about the PanCareFollowUp Care- and Lifestyle intervention.

Part of PanCareFollowUp is the survivorship passport. This helps survivors to empower their own needs for care. Our partners from @PanCareSurPass received funds from the EU to develop the surpass further and implement it in survivorship care across Europe. pancaresurpass.eu
