@TeamYouTube After 72 days, they finally told me specifically which videos they believe violated the policy. The videos were about a game called Stupidella Horror 2 and Stupidella Horror 3. The game itself is a horror-themed puzzle game that mixes creepy elements with absurd comedy. It may look dark at first, but the experience is more parody than pure horror. You can clearly see in my analytics that 99.5% of viewers on the first video were over 18 years old, and 97.4% on the second video were also over 18. Even so, I decided to delete both videos because they considered them “misleading family content.” I also included proof that I removed the videos as evidence, so when I reapply, they can see that I’ve taken action and hopefully accept my appeal. However, their system still feels broken and unfair to many creators. Honestly, even now I’m still worried were only these two videos violating the policy, or are there actually more? But honestly, this still feels strange to me. I have more than 350 videos on my channel, and the only specific ones they mentioned were the Stupidella videos. Why those videos and not others? Or maybe it really was only Stupidella that got flagged? We’ll never know. I genuinely hope @TeamYouTube can do the same for other creators, clearly point out the specific videos that violate the policy. That way, creators aren’t left confused or forced to guess what went wrong. Giving clear examples like this would be much fairer for everyone.
